We have homes that we have bought, renovated, and that are for sale. These homes are low maintenance and provide a nice piece of mind knowing you won’t need to do any major repairs in the foreseeable future.

Is there a Home you like but needs work? We can help!!
There are a lot of homes people want to buy but they need a lot of work done to them. Local banks will not give you a loan for the house and an additional loan to fix the property up. Where we come in is that we can buy the house and fix it up for you. You then in turn buy a remodeled home with 100% financing, which we can provide.

Handy Man Special
We can also sell you a handyman special so you can buy it, fix it up, and have a nice chunk of equity off the bat. We will guide you through the process by giving you an estimated cost repair sheet, determine an after repaired value, and help you finance the project.
