What you can expect- When you do business with Cedar One Properties, Ltd., you can expect to be treated with the highest level of service and integrity. You can expect to move into a well maintained and clean environment ready and suitable to your needs.

FAQ's

1. We require the first months rent and a security deposit of the same amount to move into a rental unit.

2. The leases are for 12 months and then after that they change to a month to month. We do have shorter leases for people with certain situations.

3. We have a full time maintenance crew and office help to take care of any situations that arise.

Rent to Own Programs- When you rent off of us we copy your check stub as proof of payment every month. If we can show you have been paying on time over the course of a year, we can use this to qualify you for a mortgage. Because we rent to you and also own the mortgage company, we have the ability to make this happen for you.
