General Description:
Nice two bedroom apartment close to pizza shops, Franciscan University, bus stop, gas station, Kroger Plaza, etc.  It has a family room, eat in kitchen, sun porch, and a bathroom.  The windows are new and we just put ceramic tile in the kitchen and bathroom.  The only utility you pay is electric and water.  No gas payment!!!  We handle all yardwork and maintenance.  If you are looking for a great place in a quite neighborhood, you found it!
